Shipping & Policies

Availability

  • The stock availability on our website is not real-time, so please be advised that some items may not be in stock. Prior to placing your order, you can call us at 320-963-6277 and request a stock check. Please have the item name or code number ready, as well as the product color and size.  
  • In-stock items ship within 72 hours (3 business days) of order excluding U.S. observed Holidays and weekends. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm CST, Monday through Friday. Our shipping deadline is 3pm CST. 
  • Out of Stock / Backordered Items  -- If an item in your order is out of stock, you will be notified by phone and/or email. You will be given the option of:
    • Substituting the item
    • Removing the unavailable item from the order
    • Waiting for the item to come back in stock
    • Canceling the order
  • 2nd Day Express --  If you have selected expedited shipping and your order is not 100% in stock ready for immediate shipment, we will contact you ASAP by phone and email to give you the four options above.  If we receive no reply from you before the next shipping deadline (3:00pm CST), we will assume you are in an extreme hurry and we will ship the in-stock items immediately. The unavailable items will be kept on backorder and shipped when they are in stock. 

Carrier

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS)

  • Shipping options are First Class, Standard Parcel Post, Priority Mail, and 2nd Day Express.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. When you enter your shipping address, the shipping costs will be calculated automatically before you confirm payment.  
  • Shipping costs are based on destination, and size/weight of order.
  • International shipping available 
  • Drop-Ship orders sent from elsewhere in the country may be used on rare occasions; you will be informed of this by email or phone.


Payment

We accept Discover, Mastercard, and Visa credit cards through our online shopping cart.  If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please call us toll free: 800-973-6277 to place an order over the phone.

We're only human and we do make mistakes.  We reserve the right to change typos or incorrect prices to the correct prices.  Thank you for your understanding.

Return Policy

  1. Check for shipping damage.  Damage?  Contact us right away and save ALL shipping packaging so a claim can be made.  
  2. Did you receive everything you ordered?  We try to be perfect, but sometimes we're not.  Missing or wrong item?  We'll do our best to make it right. 
  3. Try on your costume to make sure everything fits.  
    • Custom item doesn't fit?  Contact us immediately and we'll find out what went wrong so we can make reasonable alterations to custom items within 30 days of delivery.  Please do not wear or wash item(s) before alterations are made.  
  4.  Oops!  Something not quite right?  We're happy to accept new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping.  Please note that some items are not returnable* (see below).  If it's our goof, we'll pay for the shipping if an exchange isn't possible.  
    • Return orders need prior approval.  Call 320-963-2677 to talk to Katie about making a return.  She will collect the necessary information to ensure your return/exchange will be a smooth transaction.
    • You will receive store credit for the returned items. Shipping & Handling fees cannot be refunded. 
    • "It Fits Or We Fix It" GUARANTEE: When you order a costume from Pricilla Mooseburger Originals, we guarantee it will fit. Try it on as soon as you get it. If the costume doesn’t meet your expectations, call us within 30 days. We will do our best to fix or replace your order right way. That's a promise!
